Crush Athletics
Founded in 2019, Crush Athletics is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit youth organization based in Southern New Hampshire — and far more than a place to play ball. We exist to deliver a truly differentiated experience for our members, on the field and in the communities we serve.
Our mission is to cultivate the strengths and character of young athletes and their families, empowering every member of the Crush family to compete with integrity, respect, and teamwork. That same standard carries beyond the game into everything we do — from supporting underprivileged youth in our own community to raising awareness and lending a hand on a global scale. Since 2019, we've believed that the lessons that make a great teammate are the same ones that make a great person.
Crush Athletics competes across three sports — on the baseball diamond, the football gridiron, and the basketball court — but ask anyone in our family and they'll tell you the same thing: what we're really building extends well beyond the final score.

One of the most rewarding parts of the Crush organization is our commitment to doing more for others. Our mission is simple: to make a meaningful impact on the field and an even greater one beyond it. That commitment takes many forms — supporting fellow local organizations, donating equipment to families and programs in need, raising awareness of the issues facing kids like ours both close to home and around the world, and bringing our community together for events like our annual kickball game and Ice Cream Social. However it happens, the Crush are always looking for the next way to give back.
The ‘Sibling Squad’
Behind every Crush team stands our Sibling Squad — one of the most distinctive parts of who we are. Organized under a dedicated Support Committee and led by a student Chairperson, the Sibling Squad is a two-dozen-strong corps of brothers and sisters who do far more than cheer from the sidelines. They plan and staff our community-service and social-responsibility initiatives, coordinate volunteers, and help power the fundraising and events that extend Crush's impact across more than 100 families and athletes throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
What sets the Sibling Squad apart is ownership. These young people don't just show up — they lead, taking responsibility for logistics, communication, and follow-through, and setting a standard of commitment that reflects the very best of the Crush family. Today's Sibling Squad may well be the most dedicated group of two dozen siblings you will ever meet.

Our Crush parents are the backbone of the organization. Endlessly generous with their time, they are always in motion and always asking the same question: how can I help more? Whether it's supporting our kids, running practices, staffing games, or organizing community events — quite literally anything and everything — our parents show up, proudly rocking their Crush gear behind their favorite little athletes. They are the driving force behind nearly every community-service project we take on, and the reason we're always equipped to succeed on behalf of others.
